    We have been selling on eBay since September 28, 1999. Our 1st ID was "tcitytrans" which is still active.
    Most all of new listings go on this ID, "twincitytools" we have had since January of 2002 when we got our 2nd location.
    We have since bought a much larger warehouse and moved our entire operation to this location.
    We now primarily use the "twincitytools" ID as that is our company's name and web address.
    Payment
    Please use eBay's payment system when checking out and paying for your order or orders.
    Shipping
    We ship as fast as possible so if your order is paid for by 7:00 AM Central time it will 99% of the time ship out the same day Monday-Friday.
    Most items we ship for free, but some of the larger items we use eBay's shipping calculator and charge exact shipping.
    We never charge a handling fee even on truck freight, no charge for preparing for truck freight shipments.
    If you look at top of page, you will see eBay's shipping tab and on most items there are a few options for expedited shipping, but they will cost accordingly. "Free Shipping" will be either 1st class, priority, or UPS Ground depending on cost.
    It may not always be what eBay shows as "Free Shipping" method but you will get tracking info the day it ships.
    We are located in central US so most orders get delivered in no more than 3 days, sometimes 4.
    Returns
    On returns, we try to keep it simple.
    If we sent wrong item, not as described or damaged in shipping we cover all return cost.
    You can use eBay's "Return System" and we will take it from there.
    It is nice if you can contact us before opening return to see if there is something we can take care of without all the hassles .
    If you change your mind and do not need it, we still accept returns, but shipping cost will be on you, the buyer.
