Digital programmable attenuator series (PE43703)
I. Application:
PE43703 is a high linearity, seven digital RF step attenuator, "DSA" to 0.25 dB steps to 31.75 dB attenuation range. 9K-6GHz frequency range to achieve attenuation. This 50 ohm RF DSA provides parallel and serial CMOS control interface running on a single 5-volt power supply, and maintain a high attenuation accuracy of frequency and temperature. It also has a unique control interface, allowing the user to select the initial power-up attenuation state. Shielding shell and anti-reverse protection diode.

2, programmable gain attenuation range: 0 to 31.75DB stepping 0.25DB input and output impedance: 50 ohms
3, the module supports parallel and serial ports mode function
4. Bandwidth: 9KHz to 4GHz (under different frequency attenuation values differ, please refer to specific index curve S21)
5, shielded with a metal housing
6, test procedures and provide a PDF of the schematic
Four different mode configuration
1, Serial mode configuration: Disconnect the short J3 J4 J7
Three-wire serial mode, the pins are: GND DATA CLK LE
2, parallel C0.5-C16 control mode configuration: Disconnect J3 J4 J7 short attenuation values as shown below (the default shipping mode)
