Payments & Cancellations
If payment is not received within 24 hours, then your order will be cancelled without explanation.
I am not responsible for any cases of buyers remorse. If you wish to cancel an order, you must request to cancel within 1 hour of purchase. There are no exceptions to this.
Returns
Please contact me if there are any issues with your order before opening a case or leaving neutral/negative feedback. I will do my best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
I accept returns. Full refunds, including shipping costs, will be given if an item is different as described.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund you and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 1-5 days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on holidays, outside of a few cases.
Orders typically arrive within 3-8 days. I will communicate with you when your order is expected to be delivered.
If the item you are purchasing is an adhesive, then it cannot be shipped to California due to shipping regulations. This is out of my control. If you live in California and purchase an adhesive from me, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Please allow for delays during the Holiday season and times of heavy volume, as this is out of my control. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Estimates
USPS has also been reported as having shipping delays lately, so please be aware of this, especially in the months of November and December.
