Title page present, noted as Second Draft, with credits for screenwriter James Goldman. 155 leaves, with last page of text numbered 151. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Very Good plus, lightly toned to the title page, wrapper Very Good plus, with cello tape repairs to the title window and light rusting to the binding, bound with two silver brads.
